The bears suddenly notice that one bear less is standing on ground,
or the other way round, one bear more is in the water.
“That’s incredible! Until just now I was thinking that we are just some bears.
But now I realize we are a certain amount of bears.
Every one of us is one bear, together we are a certain amount of bears.
If one misses we are one less.”
Until just now I was thinking that we just have some honey buckets.
But now I realize that we have a certain amount of honey buckets.
Just like we are a certain amount of bears.”
“Well, I noticed something else:
The two amounts (bears and honey buckets) are not equal.
To be more precise, we are more bears than there are honey buckets.”
This confuses the certain amount of bears.
Suddenly they don’t think that their new idea is so great
because before that there had always been enough honey for all of them.
